How to steam dragon tiger grouper?
Ingredients
1 whole dragon tiger grouper |
3 stalks green onions |
2 pieces young ginger |
1 pinch salt |
2 tablespoon light soy sauce |
1 tablespoon oyster sauce |
1 tablespoon dark sauce |
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil |
2 1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1 cup stock soup |
Some minced garlic |
2 tablespoon hot garlic oil |
Cooking Method
Cut open the fish from the middle part then remove internal organs with running water. Pat dry then fish & marinate by rubbing salt on it. Place spring onion & slice ginger at the plate then put the fish on top & steam for 10 minutes in medium-high heat. Pour the water away & add in mixture of sauce then splash hot garlic oil for the fragrant. |
