How to steam dragon tiger grouper?


1 whole dragon tiger grouper
3 stalks green onions
2 pieces young ginger
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon dark sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
2 1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 cup stock soup
Some minced garlic
2 tablespoon hot garlic oil

Cooking Method

Cut open the fish from the middle part then remove internal organs with running water. Pat dry then fish & marinate by rubbing salt on it. Place spring onion & slice ginger at the plate then put the fish on top & steam for 10 minutes in medium-high heat. Pour the water away & add in mixture of sauce then splash hot garlic oil for the fragrant.
